We selected winemakers who show a passion for quality and craftsmanship as well as wines which offer you a variety of options in flavours and price.
Most importantly, the ever evolving wine list has been chosen to stand up to the depth and intensity of the gastronomical feast you will experience at INJABULO Restaurant.
Inspired by our wine list we will regularly host wine tastings with different themes.
Whether it is to showcase the portfolio of one of our winemakers or to experience the breadth of the flavour spectrum of a single varietal based on micro climate and terroir. E.g. around the second Saturday of October – Pinotage Day – it will be all about South Africa’s signature varietal.
